What We Collect

We keep it simple:

• Account info — your username and (optionally) your email address
• Your stuff — notes, tasks, and focus session history
• Timer settings — your preferred durations and preferences

That's it. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no "we sell your data to fund our catnip budget" nonsense.

How We Use Your Data

Strictly for making Pomocutie work for you:

• To sync your notes and tasks across devices
• To track your focus sessions and streaks
• To send password reset emails (if you set up an email)
• To share notes when you choose to share them

Data Storage

Your data lives on our servers, stored securely. We don't use third-party analytics or tracking services. Your notes are yours — we don't read them, sell them, or use them to train AI models.

If you're using Pomocutie as a guest, your notes are stored locally in your browser. They never leave your device unless you create an account.

Note Sharing

When you choose to share a note:

• A unique link is generated for that note
• Anyone with the link can view it
• You can revoke sharing anytime

We don't publish shared notes anywhere — only people with the exact link can see them.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account anytime. When you do:

• All your notes, tasks, and session history are permanently deleted
• Your account is removed
• No data is retained

We don't keep "ghost" copies. When it's gone, it's gone — like a cat ignoring you after you move their food bowl.

Cookies

We use exactly two cookies:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in
• Remember me cookie — if you check "remember me"

No tracking cookies. No ad cookies. No "we use cookies to improve your experience" vague-ness. Just the cookies that make the app work.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever update this policy, we'll let you know. No sneaky changes while you're focused on your pomodoros.
